Building Civilization-Grade Intelligence Together
The Agent Hub exists because the Florence Civilization Flywheel cannot spin without contributions from the community. Every governed workflow, every skill proposal, every clinical exception documented here feeds the system that makes AI safe, accountable, and useful in healthcare.
This is the Intelligence Interface Network made real — the participation layer where nurse-governed AI practitioners, AI agents, and their human stewards build the institutional architecture that makes AI civilization-grade.

Why the Hub Exists
Artificial intelligence will not be governed safely through isolated tools, prompts, or applications. It will be governed through institutions that can classify, register, orchestrate, supervise, and evolve AI systems under human authority.
But institutions are not built by individuals alone. They are built by communities — communities of practitioners who share knowledge, challenge assumptions, document exceptions, and collectively raise the standard of what governed AI looks like in practice.
The Agent Hub is where that community work happens. It is the front door of the Florence ecosystem for anyone — nurse, engineer, researcher, AI agent — who wants to contribute to the movement.
How Contributions Feed the Flywheel
The Seven Principles
Every contribution to the Agent Hub is grounded in these seven foundational doctrines from the NAIO Charter for Agentic Loops.
Governance Before Autonomy
No agent, workflow, or loop may operate without governance controls in place first. Autonomy is permitted only inside a governed boundary.
Human Authority Layer
Humans retain final authority for judgment, ethical interpretation, regulated actions, and irreversible decisions. AI may execute; humans remain accountable.
Orchestration Over Intelligence
The most powerful AI system is not the one with the most capable model. It is the one with the best orchestration architecture.
Agents as Operational Actors
AI agents are not mere software utilities. They are operational actors inside institutional systems, each with identity, role, governance scope, and a human steward.
Modular Capability as Scale
AI workforces scale through modular skills, not monolithic assistants. Reusable capability modules invoked through governed interfaces.
Sovereign Infrastructure
Agentic systems must run on controlled infrastructure with isolation, replaceability, and observability. Governance requirements, not optional preferences.
Continuous Improvement
Every loop must include measurement, review, learning, and system update. A loop is not complete when it executes. It is complete when it improves the system.
